biru44 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. The official language of the biru44 platform and all formal communications is English. Customer support is additionally available in Bahasa Melayu and Chinese. All formal notices, including those relating to account closure or bonus disputes, will be issued in English.
biru44 supports the following deposit methods for Malaysian users: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (all major Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong Bank), direct bank transfer, and selected cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether USDT (TRC20/ERC20), and Litecoin (LTC).
The minimum deposit amount is MYR 30 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. Maximum deposit limits may apply per method per transaction and per day; these are displayed within the deposit interface at the time of transaction.
E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within seconds. FPX and bank transfers are typically credited within 5–10 minutes, subject to the User's bank processing schedules. Withdrawals may only be requested by Users who have: (a) completed KYC verification; (b) met any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds; and (c) complied with all applicable Terms. Real-money balances not subject to active wagering requirements may be withdrawn at any time subject to the minimums and processing timelines below.
The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50. Requests below this threshold will not be processed until the balance reaches the minimum amount.

Where technically possible, withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value. biru44 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals to any payment method not previously used for a deposit.
All bonuses and promotions offered by biru44 are subject to specific terms published at the time of each offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game contributions, and time limits for each bonus will be specified within the promotion details. New players may be eligible for a welcome bonus on their first deposit. The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. A 2% bonus on cryptocurrency deposits (maximum MYR 688 per transaction) is available to eligible Users. This bonus is subject to the standard wagering requirements applicable to deposit bonuses. The crypto deposit bonus is not stackable with other active deposit bonuses unless expressly stated in a promotion's terms.
All bets placed on the biru44 platform are final once confirmed by the system. By confirming a bet, you acknowledge and accept the displayed odds, stake, and potential return at that moment. biru44 accepts no responsibility for errors in bet placement arising from User error, including incorrect stake amounts or unintended game selections.
Sports betting markets, including those covering Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other major events, are settled in accordance with official results declared by the relevant sporting body. In the event of a dispute regarding a result, biru44's decision shall be final, subject to licensing authority oversight.
All casino games available on the biru44 platform operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently tested and audited for fairness. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are determined by the game provider and are available upon request.
In the event of a technical malfunction or error that affects the integrity of a game round or bet, biru44 reserves the right to void the affected game round or bet and return the staked amount to the User's balance. biru44 does not pay out winnings resulting from a demonstrable technical error.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. biru44 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
You may request the closure of your biru44 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be refunded to a verified payment method within 5–10 business days.
biru44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — if it determines that: the User has violated any provision of these Terms; the account poses a fraud, money laundering, or security risk; the User's jurisdiction has imposed legal restrictions on the use of the platform; or the continued operation of the account is otherwise incompatible with biru44's regulatory obligations.
Upon account closure, your right to access the platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.

Where changes are material, biru44 will provide reasonable notice by publishing the updated Terms on the platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the platform after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which biru44 holds its international gaming licence.
